- when you discuss a problem, you have to discuss it within the box limit.... this means:
before starting discussion your opinion might be wrong, discussion doesn't mean to argue for proving your opinion, but to share it and think about the other opinions
- if discussion turned into arguement, man's opinion will be the solution, not because he is better but because he will take the consequences afterwards
- don't make "sorry" seem to be the hardest word, say it; it might help in cooling the tempers
- listen as much as you talk, otherwise, it's not a discussion
- commit to the agreed at the end of any discussion and find a way to put it on a solid land
- feel the useful results and share this feeling
- make the discussion take place on time, that will lead to a better results
